Most of us know the Lord never leaves us or forsakes us; yet there are times when it sure feels like He has. For a lot of individuals, it is not that they believe God has abandoned them, but there hasn’t been the revelation that He is interested and wants to be involved in all aspects of life. You may not have thought that you or what you are doing is important enough to God or to have someone pray for you. Our God is a personable God who wants to be involved in all of life, whether its business, family, ministry, personal struggle. Let’s look at what the Bible says.
Psalm 37:28 – For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever….
Psalm 57:2 – I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills His purpose for me. He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me; God sends his love and his faithfulness.
Psalm 138:8 – The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever—do not abandon the works of your hands.
Psalm 139 – clearly gives a picture of how well and perfectly God knows you, far beyond your knowledge of yourself. He knows you because He formed you and He is very much interested in you and the endeavors of your life.
If you have not considered God as one whom you co-labor with on earth in your personal life, now is a good time to make that decision. Bringing the power of God, the wisdom of God, the love of God into your life, business, family, ministry or church is always a good decision.
Proverbs 2:8 – …for he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones.
