1. Why do you charge for ministry? Didn’t Jesus minister for free?
Response: In Matthew 10:10 and Luke 10:7 Jesus’ words in both passages says,” A worker is worth his keep.” The word keep or support as in the NASB means nourishment. Paul tells us in I Corinthians 9:14, “that those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.” Again in I Timothy 5:18, Paul tells Timothy, “For the Scripture says, Do not muzzle the ox while it is treading out the grain” (Deut, 25:4), and the worker deserves his wages (Luke 10:7). Ministering Restoring the Foundations over a period of 15 hours with a single individual, or 35 hours with a couple, is work and there is a lot of spiritual plowing to be done in order to make sure that legal roads to the enemy’s presence are covered so there is effective deliverance. Those times do not include the time outside of the sessions that the ministers spend to prepare and pray. The sad thing is people pay anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00 an hour for “professional” help and still are not set free from their oppression. When Jesus is involved in ministering people are set free. In John 12:4 there is a reference to Judas Iscariot as the keeper of the money bag. Jesus must have collected offerings as he ministered for the simple reason that he had to feed his disciples. Those who do any ministry full time need to eat, pay mortgages, run an office, and carry on the cost of having a ministry. Churches pay their ministerial staff, worship leader, etc. for the purpose of compensating them for the execution of their function within the body of Christ. The same should be no less for those that minister deliverance as their function in the body of Christ.
2. Do you take credit cards for payment of ministry fees?
Response: Since a major goal of our ministry is to see people be set free in every area of their life, we would prefer not to have people get into any more financial bondage if that is one of the problems they are having.
